Shipping

Do you ship within the US?
Yes! All orders are shipped from within the United States for fast delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are fulfilled by our trusted brand partners. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. Delivery times vary by brand partner and location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Free shipping also applies automatically to all Cuídalo Code label packs.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information directly from our fulfillment partner.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly through our brand partners. Please contact us as soon as possible at our contact page, and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at info@cuidalogear.com to initiate a return. Since products are fulfilled by our supplier partners, return shipping instructions will be provided at the time of your request and may vary by supplier. Do not send items back without first requesting a return.

What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, final sale or clearance items, or personalized/custom items.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@cuidalogear.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

What is the Cuídalo Code?
Our Cuídalo Code label packs turn any piece of gear into a smart, recoverable item. Buy a pack, attach it, and never lose your gear for good.

How does it work?
If someone finds your lost gear, they can scan or enter the Cuídalo Code to trigger a notification, helping get your gear back to you anonymously and securely. See the product page to learn more about how Cuídalo Code works.
